Erik Morganroth

Erik Morganroth is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and community service. Since 1998, Erik has served as President of Morganroth Real Estate. In addition, Erik holds significant leadership roles such as the Chairperson of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Birmingham, Michigan and a Pediatric IRB Board Member at Central Michigan University. Erik also serves as the Vice Chairperson of Grants and Board Trustee at the Children's Foundation. As a Managing Partner at Carmela Holdings since 2011, Erik has demonstrated expertise in management and strategy. Erik has contributed to numerous boards, including as a member of the Board of Trustees for Gift of Life Michigan and previously as a Co-Chair at the University of Michigan Health System Cardiovascular Center Patient & Family Centered Advisory Board. Erik's commitment to community service is further highlighted by involvement with organizations such as Karmanos Cancer Institute and the Detroit Institute of Arts Founders Junior Council. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from the University of Michigan.
