Julie Farnham

Julie Farnham is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in various planning roles spanning over three decades. Since June 2006, Julie has served as a Senior Planner for the City of Bloomington, MN, contributing to key projects such as the Penn-American District Plan and the Minnesota River Valley Master Plan. Prior to this, Julie worked at URS Corporation and played a significant role in comprehensive plans for Marathon County and La Crosse in Wisconsin. Earlier positions include planning roles at TKDA, the City of Eagan, RLK Incorporated, and the City of St. Paul. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
