Brian Sandler

Brian Sandler, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Bonney Lake since August 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Senior Employee Relations Analyst for the City of Renton from April 2005 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and developing the City’s first HR Inclusion Strategic Plan. Earlier, Brian worked as a Project Specialist for the King County Dislocated Worker Program from August 2002 to October 2004, focusing on workforce development and employment services for individuals with disabilities. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
