Cole Elliott

Cole Elliott is an experienced engineer currently serving as Development Services Manager for the City of Federal Way since July 2016. Elliott also holds the position of Development Engineer for the City of Bonney Lake since 2010, engaging in project reviews and training construction inspectors. Previous roles include Senior Engineer and Client Manager at Parametrix from June 1997 to April 2010, and City Engineer for the City of McCleary from 2000 to 2010. Elliott began a career as a Design Engineer at CHS Engineers, LLC from 1995 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Seattle University and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Bellevue College, among other institutions.
