Jessica Feldish

Jessica Feldish is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Services and Delivery for the City of Boston, Jessica leads change enablement initiatives, manages cross-functional projects, and oversees the Digital Equity program. Previously, Jessica held roles at Uplight, including Operations and Enablement Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included driving process improvements and managing international software implementations. In earlier positions, Jessica contributed to environmental and educational initiatives as the Greenovate Boston Program Manager and Recycling Coordinator for Boston Public Schools, among others. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Northeastern University.
