Kelly MacKey

Kelly Mackey currently serves as the Director of Citywide Permitting Reform for the City of Boston, a position held since November 2014. Previous roles in the City include Assistant Commissioner of Administration and Finance and Business Analyst in the Department of Innovation and Technology. Kelly Mackey’s academic background includes an MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University, where involvement included roles such as Vice President of Finance and founding committee member of the MBA Internship Fund. Prior to this, Kelly gained experience as an Investment Associate at RBC Wealth Management, focusing on social and environmental investing, and held positions in communications planning at Zenith and MediaCom. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from Penn State University.
