Ricardo Patrón

Ricardo Patrón currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Communications in the Office of Mayor Michelle Wu for the City of Boston, a position held since February 2018. Prior roles include Press Secretary, where responsibilities included acting as a spokesperson for Mayor Wu and managing media relations, and Chief of Staff for City Councilor Lydia Edwards, overseeing administrative operations and communications while advising on critical issues. Ricardo has also worked as Director of Communications and East Boston Community Liaison for the same councilor, fostering community engagement and managing communication strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as a Case Manager at JusticePoint, Salesperson at David Hobbs Honda, and Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Marquette University, obtained in May 2010.
