Sarah Welt

Sarah Welt is an accomplished Product Manager for Digital Applications at the City of Boston since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sarah served as Modeling Manager and Property Valuation Modeler at the NYC Department of Finance from July 2012 to August 2018, where advanced statistical forecasting models were developed for commercial properties, generating over $1.3 billion in fair market value. Sarah's career began at the Nassau County Department of Assessment as a Real Property Appraiser/Assessor from October 2005 to July 2012. Academically, Sarah holds a Master of Science in Applied Urban Science and Informatics from New York University, a Certificate in Database Design from Hofstra University, an MBA from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
