Diane Pelletier has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Diane started their career as City Treasurer for the City of Woonsocket in 1985 and held this position until 1988. Diane then joined the Orange Water and Sewer Authority as the Director of Finance & Customer Service from 1988 to 2000. Diane went on to work for the Atlanta Regional Commission as the Finance Services Manager from 2000 to 2018. Currently, they are the Financial Director for the City of Boulder City, a position they have held since 2018.

Diane Pelletier attended Bryant University from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
