Raffi’s extensive experience includes over 19 years at J.D. Power, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Director of Global Operations, focusing on enhancing product quality and customer service for Fortune 500 clients, to Director of Automotive Research, leading major syndicated studies in the automotive sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Systems Management from California State University, Northridge.
