Nadia Jaouad

Nadia Jaouad is a Customer Success Manager at Skyline Technology Solutions since February 2023, also serving as a Figure Skating Instructor for the City of Bowie, Maryland. With extensive experience in figure skating, Nadia holds multiple coaching certifications from US Figure Skating and has been a figure skating instructor for the US Figure Skating Association and the United States Naval Academy since September 2016. Training as an elite figure skater under renowned Olympic coaches, Nadia is a US Figure Skating Gold Medalist and has achieved Junior Level standing. Prior roles include sales and project management positions at CyKor and Intelligent Decisions, as well as an internship at Capital VoIP Solutions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies, CyberSecurity, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland.
