Rośann "Roxy" Ndebumadu is a dynamic leader in digital health and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Stealth Startup, a company focused on neuroscience and behavioral interventions to enhance mental health outcomes. Additionally, Ndebumadu holds the position of Principal Managing Partner at Spry AI, guiding AI strategy in several industries. As a two-term District 4 Councilwoman and Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Bowie, Ndebumadu has made history as the youngest to hold this position.
