Fred Harris

Fred Harris, MBA, serves as the CIO and Director of Innovation and Technology Solutions for the City of Boynton Beach since August 2022. Previously, Fred held the position of Asset Management Program Director and Cityworks Administrator for the City of Fort Lauderdale from July 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Fred was the Utilities IT Manager for the City of Tallahassee from 2009 to July 2019. Fred Harris earned a Master of Business Administration in Corporate from Florida International University between 2012 and 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a focus on Network Administration from Florida State University from 2001 to 2003.
