Lance Williams, MBA, MS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lance started their career in 1993 as a Quality Assurance Manager at Stanley Steemer International, where they developed and implemented a national quality assurance program. In 1995, they moved to Management of Information Systems as a Help Desk, Technical Writer, and Trainer, responsible for solving technical issues and training employees on proprietary software. Lance then joined Stanley Steemer International again in 1997 as an Operations Manager, where they played a significant role in increasing sales and net profit through operational improvements.

In 2004, Lance ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business, Rayne of the Gulf Coast, Inc, a water conditioning company that covered multiple counties. Lance formulated strategic marketing plans and executed a comprehensive business plan. Subsequently, they worked as a Mortgage Broker at Aim Mortgage, increasing referral leads and generating sales through targeted marketing strategies.

In 2007, Lance joined Bank of America as a Vice President, Banking Center Manager II, where they built and maintained customer relationships, managed banking center operations, and communicated with upper management on business development. Most recently, Lance has been associated with the City of Bradenton, starting as a Customer Service Manager in 2014 and progressing to roles such as Assistant Director of the Office of Management, Marketing, and Budget, Director of Finance, and now, Chief Operating Officer.

Lance Williams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University in the years 1994 to 1997. Lance then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they furthered their studies by completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Webster University from 2010 to 2012.
