Ruben Wiebe

Ruben Wiebe is an accomplished fire services professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Fire Training Captain for the City of Brampton since December 2019. In addition to this role, Ruben has been involved with the Township of Malahide since January 2004, holding various positions including Firefighter, Captain, District Deputy Chief, Chief Training Officer, and Acting Fire Chief. As Co-Founder, Vice President, and Lead Instructor at Southwest Fire Academy from January 2015 to February 2019, Ruben played a pivotal role in establishing the academy and enhancing its reputation in the fire training sector.
