Sam Mattina, C.E.T. (Civil), CMM III, Dipl. MM, currently serves as the Manager of Contracts, Operations Planning and Projects for the City of Brampton, responsible for the strategic delivery of Contract Services within the Public Works and Engineering Department. With extensive experience in public works management, previous roles include Director of Public Works for the Township of Mapleton, Director of Operational Services for the City of Brantford, and Manager of Operations for the Town of Milton. Sam has successfully managed significant operating and capital budgets across various municipalities, overseeing vital infrastructure and service delivery functions. Educational qualifications include a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership from York University and earlier studies at Mohawk College.
