Steve Schumacher

Steve Schumacher is a Development Engineering Technologist with extensive experience in the field of civil engineering. Currently employed by the City of Brampton since December 2014, Steve specializes in engineering reviews of various development applications, including industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential projects. Prior to this role, Steve worked at CMT Engineering Inc. as a Civil Engineering Technologist, where responsibilities included the preparation of technical proposals and design calculations for geotechnical projects. Additionally, Steve completed an engineering co-op at Ontario Power Generation, providing assistance in geotechnical design, and gained field experience at Chung and Vander Doelen Engineering Ltd. focusing on soil parameter testing. Steve holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from Conestoga College, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
