Denise Frey

Denise Frey is a seasoned leader and consultant with extensive experience in the non-profit sector and local government. Currently serving as a City Council Member for the City of Bremerton since March 2022, Denise has previously held significant positions such as President and CEO of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center and Executive Director for both YWCA Kitsap County and YWCA Sonoma County. Denise's consultancy work includes providing strategic planning and fund development services to various non-profits through FreyDay Consultant Services and as a self-employed non-profit consultant. Notably, Denise directed national fund development efforts at Canine Companions for Independence and played a key role in the restructuring of YWCA USA's national organization as part of a national task force.
