Andrew McHalpine

Andrew McHalpine is an experienced professional in geographic information systems and addressing coordination. Currently serving as the Addressing Coordinator for the City of Brentwood, Tennessee since April 2008, Andrew is responsible for assigning new addresses and managing modifications to existing ones.
