Sarah Katherine Totty Pe

Sarah Katherine Totty, PE, currently serves as the City Engineer - Capital Projects Specialist for the City of Brentwood, Tennessee, starting in July 2023. Prior experience includes positions as City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Fairview, TN, and Associate Engineer/Interim City Engineer for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, where responsibilities included managing the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. Sarah's earlier roles featured work as a Civil Engineering Designer at ESP Associates, P.A., and as Civil Engineer in Training/Assistant Plans Review Coordinator for Powers Hill Design/City of Memphis, focusing on land development processes and standards. Sarah also contributed to water resources and environmental engineering projects in rural Kentucky through the Appalachian Health and Disaster Readiness Project and was involved in mentoring STEM students during a summer program. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
