Lauren Rogers

Lauren Rogers serves as the City Clerk for the City of Bridgeport, WV, since January 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Human Resources at Alderson Broaddus University since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Support Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist at LasikPlus, Branch Sales & Service RRT at PNC, and Teller at PNC Bank. Lauren began a professional career as a Data Collector/Field Appraiser at Barbour County Courthouse and managed Dairy King of Philippi. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as a minor in Health Care Administration from Alderson Broaddus University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
