Anna Sparks

Anna Sparks, P.E., CFM, currently serves as Utilities Engineering Manager for the City of Brighton, overseeing capital improvement projects and development reviews related to water, wastewater, and storm drainage since May 2023. With a robust engineering background, Anna has held positions including Project Manager at ILC (formerly LJA Engineering), Engineering Manager for Adams County Government, and Director of Engineering at Land Development Consultants, Inc. Previous experience includes roles at JR Engineering, Berge-Brewer & Associates, Gould Engineering, Corporate Personnel Services, Global Environmental Engineering, and Murco, Inc., where Anna developed expertise in environmental engineering, project management, and design. Anna is a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
