Lark Pouchet Adams

Lark Pouchet Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CGI since January 2023, Lark also has a long-standing role as a Group Fitness Instructor for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, since July 2011. Previous experience includes working as an Account Manager for VIPSEEN Magazine from October 2014 to March 2020, and a Senior Consultant at Accenture from 1997 to 2006. Lark holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Virginia Tech, earned between 1992 and 1997.
