Chris Cieslak currently serves as the Licensing, Permitting & Sustainability Manager for the City of Broken Arrow since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Planner at the City of Catoosa and City Planner, as well as various positions at the City of Midland, where responsibilities included oversight of Code Administration and performance analysis. Earlier experience includes work as a Transportation Security Officer for the Transportation Security Administration and roles focused on code and environmental enforcement in the City of Eastpointe. Chris Cieslak holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology with a focus on Social Justice from Marygrove College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University.
