Craig Thurmond, CGP, CFM, is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in land development and the construction industry, focusing on both commercial and residential projects in Oklahoma and California. Currently serving as the President of Thurmond Consulting, Inc. since 2003, Craig has successfully managed over 90 high-quality developments in Northeastern Oklahoma. In addition to their consulting work, Craig has held multiple leadership roles, including Former Mayor and Council Member for the City of Broken Arrow, a Member of the Board of Directors for the National League of Cities since 2015, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Institute for Building Technology and Safety. Craig’s extensive contributions to community and economic development are also highlighted by a lengthy tenure as Member and Chairman of the National League of Cities Community and Economic Development Steering Committee.
