Debra Wimpee

Debra Wimpee currently serves as the Executive Director of Soldier's Wish, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families through the support of private donations and corporate sponsorships. Additionally, Debra has been a Broken Arrow City Councilor since April 2017 and the Owner of The BA Buzz, a platform focused on news, event planning, charity information, and community building. Debra has extensive experience in commercial real estate as the Executive Director of NAIOP Oklahoma since May 2008 and previously held the same role at OK CCIM until August 2023. Debra is also an Artist and Regional Manager at Piggies & Paws, Inc., creating custom artwork from children's handprints and footprints, and was the Owner of On the Corner from November 2009 to August 2013. Debra holds an Associate's degree from the Metropolitan School of Court Reporting and graduated from Broken Arrow High School.
