Rachel Fields

Rachel Fields is a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney and Assistant City Attorney at the City of Broken Arrow since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel served as an Attorney at Steidley & Neal from January 2017 to January 2022, and at Atkinson Haskins Nellis Brittingham Gladd & Fiasco, P.C. from May 2011 to January 2017, specializing in civil litigation, particularly in medical malpractice and insurance defense. Rachel Fields earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with Honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Drury University in 2009.
