Roberto Garcia

Roberto Garcia has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Fiscal Clerk at the City of Brownsville, Texas from November 2001 to March 2003. Roberto then worked as an Ordinance Enforcement Officer from March 2003 to May 2005, followed by a role as a Health Inspector from May 2005 to July 2013. From July 2013 to October 2019, Roberto served as the Food Division Supervisor. Roberto then moved to the role of Interim Assistant Public Health Director from October 2019 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Public Health Director at the City of Brownsville, Texas, starting in April 2021. Additionally, Roberto Garcia also has previous experience as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from March 1997 to April 2001.
