Martin Caesar

Martin Caesar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management and community development. Currently serving as a Construction Project Specialist for the City of Bryan since February 2018, Martin manages federal CDBG and HOME funds, oversees construction contracts, and ensures public advocacy and community health compliance. Previously, Martin worked as a Project Manager at Premier Inc., providing consulting services in medical equipment planning, and held an Engineering Assistant position at Texas A&M University, focusing on utility and energy management projects. Additionally, Martin served as Executive Director and COO of Diamonds of Dallas Community Development Corporation, emphasizing social resource provision for the community.
