Artis A. Green III

Artis A. Green III has extensive experience in community engagement and sports programming, currently serving as a Recreation Aide for the City of Buffalo since January 2023. In addition to this role, Artis is the Managing Director at A&E Company and works as a Videographer/Photographer for LSGent. With a long history in coaching and community coordination, Artis has been a Jr. NBA Coach for the Police Athletic League, facilitating skills workshops, and serves as a Sports/Program Coordinator across Buffalo Public Schools and Recreation Centers. Artis has also contributed as a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity since 2011, emphasizing brotherhood, scholarship, and service. Previous work includes roles as a counselor for CAO, LLC, a porter at Catholic Health Services, and a cashier/customer service representative at Foot Locker. Artis holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and Buffalo State University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
