Mark Clark

Mark Clark is an experienced professional with a diverse background in municipal governance and consulting. Serving as a City Councilman for Bullhead City since July 2009, Mark has been elected to a fourth term, demonstrating a strong commitment to local leadership. Mark also holds the position of President at QPC INC, a consulting firm specializing in Water, Wastewater, and Land Development. Previous roles include Office Manager at Stanley Consultants, Inc., and Procurement Manager for the Western Region at American Water, where Mark also served as General Manager for Mohave Operations. Mark's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University Northwest and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph.
