Marina Kernes

Marina Kernes, MBA, SPC, LPM, POPM, serves as the Assistant Chief Information Officer for the City of Burbank since April 2023, and has provided instruction in Agile frameworks at UCLA Extension in early 2024. Previously, Marina held the position of Vice President for Portfolio Management & Agile Transformation at Paramount, and served as Executive Director of Delivery for Data & Analytics at Fox Corporation, where Marina facilitated a transition to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Earlier roles include Agile Product Coach at Kaiser Permanente, Director of Program Management at Entertainment Partners, and Director of Process at Warner Bros, demonstrating a consistent focus on Agile transformations and program management across various organizations. Education includes an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
