Ryan Lipscomb

Ryan Lipscomb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recreational management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Clerk for the City of Burbank since July 2023, Ryan is responsible for enforcing regulations to ensure a safe environment, providing information on services, and managing building operations and animal shelter processes. Previous roles include Marketing Aid at Santa Anita Park, where Ryan supported event setups and business generation, and several positions at Target that involved sales management and inventory auditing.
