CV Black, CPO, CPSM, currently serves as the Assistant Recreation Manager for the City of Burleson since January 2022. Prior to this role, CV Black accumulated extensive experience in various capacities at the City of Stephenville, Texas, from January 2013 to January 2022, including Recreation Superintendent and Recreation Coordinator. Additionally, experience as a Sports Referee was gained at Tarleton State University from October 2013 to May 2014. Earlier roles at the City of Graham from May 2007 to August 2013 included Swim Instructor and Lifeguard. CV Black holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Tarleton State University, earned in 2017-2018, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2015.
