Terri Lynch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, emergency preparedness, and civil service. Currently, Terri serves as a Podcaster for the Tracer Rounds Podcast on Military Broadcast Radio and as the Benefits & Wellness Administrator for the City of Burleson. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist for the U.S. Army Reserve, HR Specialist for the City of Grand Prairie, and Clerk Specialist for the City of Nampa, Idaho. Notably, Terri has extensive experience with the City of Arlington as a Fire Administrative Analyst, overseeing the hiring and management process for new firefighters, as well as handling financial management for park planning projects.
