Bindu Tailor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bindu started their career in 1994 at Prince PLC as a Senior Training Specialist, where they worked until 1997. Bindu then joined Omnilogic as an SAP Training Consultant from 1998 to 2001. In the same year, Bindu joined IBM Business Consulting Services as a Principal Consultant and worked there until 2003. Bindu then moved to Chancery Software and served as a Lead Instructional Designer from 2003 to 2005. Currently, Bindu is working at the City of Burnaby since 2005, starting as a Manager for Technical Education & Process Documentation and later becoming the Director of IT Client Services in 2021.

Bindu Tailor holds an MSc in Information Technology from Queen Mary University of London, which was completed from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with German from Kingston University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
