Justin Mah

Recreation Leader 1/head Skate Instructor at City of Burnaby

Justin Mah has worked in various roles at the City of Burnaby since 2015. Justin'spositions include Recreation Leader 1/Head Skate Instructor, Program Leader, Recreation Attendant, Contract Skate Instructor, Outdoor Leader 2, and Assistant Program Leader. Justin has been employed by the City of Burnaby continuously since 2015. Prior to working at the City of Burnaby, Justin Mah worked as a BC Hockey Referee/Linesman from 2012 to 2015.

Justin Mah is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Simon Fraser University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Additionally, they are simultaneously working towards a minor in Communication and Media Studies at the same university, which they started in 2019 and will complete in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Justin obtained Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the Lifesaving Society BC & Yukon Branch in June 2021. Justin also holds a Class 5 Driver's License (CDL) from ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia), which they obtained in February 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Principles of Healthy Child Development from HIGH FIVE Canada in June 2015.
