Bethany Brewer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives Director for the City of Burnsville since March 2021, Bethany focuses on implementing strategic priorities and fostering organizational culture through employee engagement and development. Previously, Bethany held the role of Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives Manager, leading efforts to enhance organizational culture and employee development. Prior experience includes positions as Organizational Development Manager and Specialist at Three Rivers Park District, as well as roles in human resources at Travelers and Target. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bethel University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Administration at Hamline University.
