Bridget Rathsack is a seasoned sustainability professional with a diverse background in program management and coordination. Currently serving as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Burnsville since July 2023, Bridget previously held the position of Sustainability Program Manager at WSB from October 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Environmental Initiative as Associate Director and Program Manager for the Minnesota Sustainable Growth Coalition, as well as Global Consumer Insights roles at General Mills. Earlier positions included Project Coordinator at IBM at Best Buy and Program Manager at Entrepreneurial Advantage, where Bridget oversaw digital marketing projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Sustainability Studies, and European Area Studies from the University of Minnesota.
