Joel Hayes

Joel Hayes, MPPA, currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Calabasas and an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Public Policy and Administration Program at California Lutheran University. Prior experience includes roles as a Land Use Planner for the County of Ventura and Development Review Planner for the City of Rowlett, focusing on zoning and development projects. As an Assistant to the CEO and Permit Planner at Green Gorilla, significant achievements included coordinating a successful team project that excelled in a non-profit scorecard and obtaining various licenses. Previous positions also encompassed program coordination for Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership and administrative support for U.S. Congresswoman Julia Brownley. Joel Hayes holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University.
