Neha Ganjoo

Neha Ganjoo, PMP, currently serves as the Leader of Data Strategy & Transformation at the City of Calgary since March 2017, where a focus is placed on enabling data-driven decision-making across various business units and departments. Prior roles within the organization include Sr. Data Analytics Strategist and Business and Data Strategist. Neha's experience encompasses project discovery, stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, risk and cost-benefit analysis, as well as data analysis, mining, and engineering. Technical expertise spans tools such as Information Design Tool, Web Intelligence Reports, SQL Server, Power BI, and Tableau. Previous roles include Data Specialist at ATB Financial, Team Leader at Nomura, and Sr. Developer at Lehman Brothers. Neha holds multiple degrees, including an Emerging Leaders Certificate from the University of Calgary and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
