Debby Edwards

Debby Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the restaurant and wellness industries. Since January 2008, Debby has been the Restaurant Owner at Día de Pesca, where culinary skills and business acumen are utilized to operate a successful establishment. Additionally, Debby serves as a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) for the City of Campbell, CA, leading yoga classes focused on fundamentals and flow since July 2004. Prior to these roles, Debby held multiple positions at Akeena Solar dba Westinghouse Solar from March 2004 to December 2010, including Stock Administrator, HR Manager, and Project Manager, showcasing a diverse skill set in administration and management. Debby holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy certification from Joy of Yoga and has an academic background from San Jose State University.
