James Breakfield

James Breakfield is a seasoned professional engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer for the City of Cape Coral since April 2017, James has held various significant roles in the City of Springdale, Arkansas, from 2003 to December 2016, including Sr. Project Manager and Capital Improvements Program Administrator. Early career experiences include internships at Mobley Contractors, Inc. and the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas, attained between 2000 and 2004.
