Jennifer Muske

Jennifer Muske is a seasoned residential building inspector currently employed by the City of Cape Coral since July 2022. Prior experience includes senior construction management roles at Taylor Morrison and Meritage Homes, where Jennifer successfully managed multifamily projects, emphasizing energy efficiency and strict deadline adherence. At CalAtlantic Homes, a Lennar Company, Jennifer oversaw community construction activities, managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards. During a lengthy tenure at Lennar, Jennifer led the completion of over 50 annual projects, including remodeling and warranty repairs, while beginning as a general contractor at T & L Construction. Jennifer holds education credentials from Arapahoe Community College.
