Mark Milkovich

Mark Milkovich is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in supply chain management, contract negotiations, and finance. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist for the City of Cape Coral since August 2017, Mark also actively seeks procurement opportunities in the Southwest Florida region. With a career spanning several decades, Mark has held notable positions such as Sourcing Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Advisory Procurement Professional at IBM, where extensive experience in procurement and related functions was gained. Mark is also a General Partner at R and M Income Tax Service, providing tax preparation services. Mark holds a degree in Business Management from Excelsior College and a degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Delhi.
