Lisa Mills

Lisa Mills has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lisa currently serves as the Director of Finance at the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Lisa worked as the CFO at RM COCO Decor Ltd for eight years from January 2014 to October 2022. From August 2002 to October 2013, they held the position of General Manager / VP Administration at Manac. Before that, Lisa served as the President / Chief Financial Officer at CPS Trailer Co. from August 1993 to August 2002. Lisa began their career as a Certified Public Accountant at Stanley, Dirnberger, Hopper & Associates, where they worked for eight years from 1985 to 1993.

Lisa Mills obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University in 1984. Lisa later attended Harvard Business School to obtain a General Management Program certificate. In 1987, they also obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification.
