Kailash Mozumder

Kailash Mozumder serves as the Public Works Project Manager for the City of Capitola, California, since March 2018, bringing over 20 years of expertise in planning, management, and permitting across California. Previously, Kailash worked at ICF International from September 2005 to March 2018 as a Project Manager and Team Supervisor, overseeing diverse transportation, energy, and water natural resources projects for various clients, including governmental and military organizations. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the San Diego Zoo Global and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, as well as a Wetlands Consultant at WRA. Kailash holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution with a minor in Environmental Studies from UC San Diego.
