Mindy Fogg

Mindy Fogg has a wealth of experience in the planning and environmental field. Mindy is currently working as the Principal Planner at the City of Carpinteria since October 2023. In addition to that, Mindy is also the President of the California Association of Environmental Professionals since January 2023. Before their current positions, they worked as the Planning Manager at the County of Ventura from September 2019 to October 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Supervisor/Project Manager at Rincon Consultants, Inc. from April 2018 to September 2019 and as a Supervising Planner at the County of Santa Barbara from January 2016 to April 2018. Mindy's career began at the County of San Diego, where they held various planning roles, including Planning Manager, from 2001 to 2016.
