Angela Keiser

Angela Keiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training administration, process documentation, and operational management. Currently serving as a Training Administrator and Process and Procedures Writer for the City of Carrollton since May 2017, Angela collaborates with various city departments to enhance employee efficiency and document best practices using SharePoint. Prior experience includes a role as Retail Marketing Associate at Haggar Clothing Co., where brand merchandising strategies were executed, and a long tenure at Crate and Barrel, culminating in the position of Area Operations Manager for the South Region, where Angela led operations across multiple states and developed critical training and process improvement initiatives. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
