Chad Leavitt

Chad Leavitt has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as Battalion Chief-Shift Commander and EMS Division Chief for the City of Carrollton since February 2004, with a progression through various roles including Captain and Firefighter. Prior experience includes work as an Anesthesia Technician at Cook Children's Health Care System, a Paramedic at Medstar, and positions in sales and account management. Chad holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Emergency Management from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Tarleton State University.
